Booking and Practical details
How do I book a tour?
To book a tour, you can reach out to me by sending me a message directly from the tour page you are interested in. The form is located at the bottom of the page.
Please note that I am a one man business and sometimes, especially when on tour, I may need a little more time to reply. But I generally try to reply within 24 to 48 hours.
Once we agree on the conditions and dates, then I will prepare your travel contract and send it to you for electronic signing and deposit payment.
A tour is booked only when the 30% deposit payment has been paid.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Credit card and bank transfer are accepted payment methods.
What is the cancellation policy on the tours and workshops?
In general the following policy applies:

>90 days: full refund

90 days to 60 days: 30% of the tour total to be paid

60 days to 30 days: 50% of the tour total to be paid

< 30 days: 100% of the tour
The cancellation for each tour is mentioned on the tour page, and in some cases these conditions might change.
Is a travel insurance necessary for your tours?
It is highly recommended to have a travel insurance before going on tour. Many of the places where we go are remote and only have basic health centres. Therefore, in case of issues, the transportation costs can be very high, and insurance might be very useful. Either contract a health insurance with your insurance fo choice or sometimes credit card providers (Visa and Mastercard) offer travel insurance when the tour is paid with them.
Do you offer any travel insurance?
I can offer travel insurance but only to french based participants. different insurance plans to French based
Do you organize bespoke tours?
Yes, I do organise and lead bespoke tours. The tours I lead generally need a minimum of 3 to 4 participants and a maximum of 6 to 7 participants.
What are the meal plans on each trip?
The meal plans is shown on each workshop page and varies by trip, for example half-board, half-board + or full board.

Since the schedule on phototgraphy tours can be challenging, I also try to organize or cook a brunch after our morning sessions.
Is there any fitness level required in your workshop?
t really depends on the location, and it is usually mentioned on the specific tour page. For example, Patagonia requires one to be able to hike for several hours in order to reach the best spot. It is not mandatory, obviously, but highly recommended to enjoy the locations. Meanwhile, Camargue or the Loire Valley workshops do not require any specific fitness levels.
Do you know all locations where you are offering your workshops?
Yes, I do. I always visit these places extensively to ensure that I can bring my workshop participants to the best spots and at the best time of the year. I sometimes work with locals as well to bring us to some specific places.
Photography Tours and workshops
What types of photography workshops do you offer?
The workshops focus on landscape, nightscape, aurora photography and also some wildlife photography in some destinations.
Will we learn advanced photography techniques?
Yes, the goal of my workshops is to ensure that you learn and apply some advanced techniques that will help capture some great scenery. We usually do not apply all techniques available, as some of them are location and/or season dependent, such as the milkyway or the northern lights.
Do I need to be an experienced photographer to be part of your tour?
No, the tour is perfectly suited for beginners who want to learn more about photography. I accompany the group all along the tour and give technical and composition advice to make sure that each participant improves his or her skills.
Are the workshops and tours held in specific dates?
Yes, each workshop or tour is tied to published dates on its dedicated page. The site currently lists departures in 2026 and 2027.
Are single rooms available on the workshops?
Single accommodation is available most of the time at an additional cost. Some locations, where accommodations are limited, may fall short of single-room options. That being said, it is sometimes possible to book single rooms only for a part of the tour and then share for some nights.
In double-shared, do women share rooms with men?
No, I always ensure that women do not share a room with a man, unless that person accepts it. In some cases, it may result in some additional costs, especially in locations where accommodation costs are high.
